"Really easy to swing by"
Ichiban Concord is in such a convenient spot for me. I can pop in after work or when I’m out doing random errands, which is usually when I somehow remember I’m out of like paper towels or soy sauce. Parking has been easy every time I’ve gone too, which I appreciate more than I probably should. It’s just nice not having to drive across town when I’m hungry and want something good.

"I went in trying to order gluten free..."
I went in trying to order gluten free, and at first I was kind of like, okay, this might be a hassle because the menu wasn’t super clear and the staff had to keep checking on things. But they did try to help, so I can’t be too mad. The food was fine, nothing amazing, nothing terrible. I just really wish the allergy info was easier to figure out without all the back and forth.

"A Little Too Lively for My Peace"
I walked in expecting a chill meal and immediately felt like I’d stepped into the middle of a busy little scene. The place had a fun energy and looked clean, so I’ll give it credit there, but wow, it was louder than I expected. Definitely not the quiet dinner escape I had imagined. The tables also felt a bit packed in, so I didn’t feel like I could fully relax. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just more average than amazing for me. I’d say the vibe lands around 3 stars.

"Pretty filling, decent portions"
The portions were definitely big, and I ended up having leftovers, which was nice. It was a little on the pricey side though, so I’m not sure I’d call it a great deal, but the food was filling.

Went here for my birthday dinner, it just felt like a good choice from the start. The food was tasty, the vibe was easy, and everyone seemed to be having a genuinely nice time. I left feeling like my gut was right on this one.

"Honestly, the seats were comfy"
I was sitting there for what felt like forever, and somehow the seat still felt good. I mean, I was ready to be annoyed by it, but no, it was actually comfortable. Kind of surprised me, honestly.

"Pretty Average Sushi and Hibachi Spot"
I tried this place and the menu had the usual sushi and hibachi options, with enough to choose from, but I was expecting a little more variety. It wasn’t bad at all, just kind of average. I feel like with spots like this, if the menu doesn’t have anything that really stands out, it ends up feeling similar to a lot of other sushi and hibachi places.

"Good drink options overall"
Not gonna lie, I checked out ichibanconcord.com before ordering just to see what drink options they had, and the selection was actually better than I expected. There was enough variety that it was easy to find something for everyone. I do think a few more non-alcoholic choices would be nice, but overall I was happy with it. 4 stars from me.

"Friendly service and easy to talk to"
I had a really good experience here. The staff was super nice, helped me out quickly, and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking questions. If you’re someone who likes clear answers without any attitude, I’d definitely say this is a solid place to go.

"Pretty solid sushi for the price"
I ordered from Ichiban Concord i can’t say I wasn’t happy with it. The portions were bigger than I expected, and the prices weren’t crazy like some other places. The food tasted fresh and good, nothing too fancy, but definitely not nothing to complain about. Pickup was easy too, which I always appreciate. I’d order again when I’m craving sushi and don’t want to spend too much.

"Order Was Right and Pickup Was Easy"
I ordered dinner from ichibanconcord.com and was relieved that everything came exactly the way I chose it. With online orders, I usually worry a little about missing sauces, the wrong rolls, or special notes getting ignored, but none of that happened this time. They followed the notes, packed everything correctly, and pickup was quick and easy. Nothing overly complicated, just a smooth order with no surprises, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

"Super easy to use on my phone"
5 stars from me. I used the site on my phone and it was really easy to get around. The menu was clear, I didn’t have to keep zooming in, and the buttons were obvious, which made finding what I needed quick. If it had been slow or frustrating I probably would’ve left and gone somewhere else, but everything loaded fine and worked the way it should...

"Payment was a pain"
The payment part was annoying, like really annoying. It took forever, the card page froze on me once, and I wasn’t even sure if the payment actually went through. I ended up checking my bank after just to make sure...

"We went to Ichiban Concord on a…"
We went to Ichiban Concord on a weekend night and had to wait about 30-35 minutes, which wasn’t awful, but we were definitely hungry so it felt a bit longer!! Once we got seated though, everything moved smoothly. The staff was friendly enough, and the food came out hot and tasted really good. I’d definitely go back, just probably not during the busiest dinner rush!!

"Easy dinner with the kids after a long day"
We stopped in for dinner with the kids last week, and it ended up being a really easy choice. The staff made the kids feel welcome right away, and the food came out quickly enough that nobody got too restless. By the time we were heading home, everyone was full and happy.

"I had a good time at Ichiban..."
I had a good time at Ichiban Concord overall. The food was solid, the service was fine, no real complaints there. But the noise level? it was a lot. Like, I’m just trying to have dinner, not compete with the entire room to be heard. We had to keep raising our voices just to have a normal conversation, which got annoying fast. Still enjoyed the meal, but if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxed dinner, this probably isn’t the spot.

"Helped with my allergy question, but I felt a bit dismissed"
I asked about ingredients because of my allergy, and the staff did check for me, which I appreciated. I ended up feeling safe eating there, but the way they responded at first made me feel a little dismissed, like I was being overly cautious.

"Ordering was smooth, just ran a little late"
I used the online ordering system for dinner, and it was easy enough that I didn’t have to think much about it. The menu came up without any issues, checkout was quick, and when I picked everything up, the order was exactly right, which I always appreciate. The only downside was that it was ready about 10 minutes later than the time they gave me. Not a huge deal for me, but worth mentioning. Overall, I’d still order this way again
